2. EXCEPTIONS FOR DAMAGED OR DETECTIVE ITEMS

The only exception to our final sale policy is if an item arrives damaged during shipping or features a clear manufacturing defect. To qualify for a solution:

You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your package.

Your message must include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photo/video evidence of the defect and the original packaging.

3. EVALUATION AND RESOLUTION PROCESS
 
Once your request and digital evidence are received via our official support channels, we will review the case to determine eligibility.

If a manufacturing or shipping defect is verified, Ventura Jewelers will provide instructions to resolve the issue, which may include a professional repair or a direct replacement of the exact piece at our sole discretion.

Unauthorized returns sent to us without prior validation and approval will not be accepted or processed under any circumstances.
 
4. NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

Under no circumstances will any item be considered for repair or replacement if:
The item has been worn, altered, resized, or damaged by the customer after delivery.
The 3-business-day notification window has passed.
