• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received and verified.

• Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

2. Shipping Method

• We exclusively use United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments.

• Standard shipping options include USPS First-Class, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express, depending on your selection at checkout.

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery address.

• Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • USPS First-Class Mail: 3–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to USPS or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Domestic Shipping (USA)

• We currently ship within the United States.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. J&V Jewelry is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

5. International Shipping

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

6. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number.

• Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• J&V Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to USPS.

• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.

• We will assist customers to the best of our ability in resolving shipping issues but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for USPS mishandling.
